So yearly minimum you can expect of 20k. It need to be serviced every 7500km and if ride less then ofcourse the service cost will come down. Average 4 monthly routine service costs 3.5k including

KTM 690 Enduro R spec; Engine oil: The manual specifies Motorex Power Synthetic 4T 10W/50, or another SAE 10W-50 fully synthetic engine oil that meets JASO T903 MA2 spec, e.g. Motul 7100 10W-50. Oil filter: Use part number 58038005100 or Hiflofiltro part HF155, a popular equivalent. (This oil filter is used in most KTM adventure bikes.) Fork oil
Inserts the green one first. Make sure it’s fits nicely, then insert the yellow layer. With the 790 you need to treat it like a regular dirt bike when riding in dust. The location of the intake is similar to a dirt bike. You should inspect the filter every 150-200km when riding in dust.
KTM hid the radiator and made the coolant level impossible to read. Here is how I did it I think!
